Join me for this voyage into deeper dreaming alongside the amazing plant ally: Blue Lotus Flower. For 4 weeks, students will be working with this magical little plant to open the gates of the liminal thresholds of sleep as well as dreams. 

I’ll be guiding the cohort through working with Blue Lotus, Lucid Dreaming techniques, dream incubation, hypnagogic mediations, shadow work and more. 

The blue lotus flower (Nymphaea caerulea), holds significant historical importance, particularly in ancient Egyptian culture. The flower representing creation, rebirth, and the cycle of the sun, it has played a role in magical rituals, art, literature, and medicinal and psychoactive practices. Its influence has extended beyond Egypt to other ancient cultures, highlighting its enduring significance.
